Understanding Our Pricing
At Adore Home Living, we offer various pricing options to provide our customers with the best value. Here’s what each pricing term means:
RRP (Recommended Retail Price)
The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) is the standard price set by manufacturers or suppliers. It serves as a guideline for retail pricing and is typically the starting price before any discounts or promotions.
Member Price
Our Member Prices are exclusive to registered members and require an active membership at the time of purchase. These prices apply only to selected items and cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. Membership benefits, including pricing, may change without prior notice.
Sale Price
Sale Prices are promotional prices available for a limited time on selected items. These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Additionally, interest-free payment terms are not available on sale items.
Clearance Price
Clearance Prices apply to end-of-line and discontinued stock, and may also include floor stock items. Please check the product details and specifications carefully before purchasing. Clearance items cannot be custom-ordered or placed on layby, and they must be delivered within two weeks of purchase. Interest-free payment terms do not apply to clearance products.
Adore warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed. Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, and the outcome that works best for you. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that you're happy with.
