Adore Home Living's furniture store in Malaga is at 737 Marshall Road, across the road from Perth Ice Arena and next door to Stratco Malaga. It's a large showroom with fabric and leather lounges, recliners and theatre seating, dining tables, buffets, TV units, mirrors, lighting and decor. Many of our pieces are designed in-house. You can see full dining settings set up and talk through sizes, fabrics and leather with our team.
Getting to Our Malaga Showroom
Driving and Parking
Marshall Road runs east–west through Malaga. At its western end it meets Malaga Drive and Beach Road at traffic lights. To the east, Tonkin Highway crosses it beside Ballajura Station. We're on the opposite side of the road from Perth Ice Arena, with Stratco Malaga next door.
From Ellenbrook, The Vines or Bayswater, Tonkin Highway is usually the quickest way in. From the western suburbs, you'll generally use Reid Highway, which runs along Malaga's southern edge. From the Perth CBD or Dianella, Alexander Drive tends to be fastest. Mirrabooka is closer still via Beach Road. From Ballajura, you can come down Kingfisher Ave and Bellefin Dr. From Morley, the usual route is McGilvray Ave.
Parking is free. There's parking on site and free street parking as well.
By Train and Bus
Take the Ellenbrook line to Ballajura Station, which used to be called Malaga Station. It's too far from the showroom to walk comfortably, so change to bus route 449 or 450 heading west along Marshall Road. Get off at the Marshall Rd Before Bellefin Dr stop, four stops along. From there it's about 190 metres to our door. Check Transperth for current timetables before you travel.
Accessibility
The showroom has an accessible entrance, accessible parking, accessible seating and an accessible toilet. There's also a hearing loop, which helps when you're going through the details of a custom order or a design consultation with the team.
What You Can Do in Our Malaga Showroom
Sit on the Seating Properly
A photo can't tell you how deep a seat is, how firm the cushions are or where the headrest meets your neck. Here you can sit on our lounges, recliners and theatre seating. Sit the way you do at home: lean back, tuck your feet up and use the recline. Pay close attention to seat depth. A deep seat is lovely for lounging, but it can leave shorter people without support behind their lower back.
This is most useful when you're choosing seating you'll use every day, or replacing a lounge you were never quite comfortable on. Keep one limit in mind: a short sit in the showroom can't tell you how the cushions will feel after months of use. Ask the team what to expect.
Get Styling Advice From Our Team
Our team can help you work out how pieces go together. That might be which coffee table height suits a particular lounge, how a buffet sits beside a dining setting, or whether a mirror and lamp will balance a wall. Ask our team while you're here. This suits you if you're furnishing a whole room, matching new pieces to ones you already have, or not sure where to start.
Colours and finishes can look different under the lighting in your home. Our suggestions get more specific the more of your space you can show us.
Arrange a Design Consultation
For more time and more depth than a chat on the floor, ask about a consultation with our design team. These can happen in store, at your home or by phone. They suit you if you're setting up a new home, renovating, or working with an awkward floor plan.
A phone consultation is convenient, but because we can't see the room, it depends on your measurements and photos. An in-home visit gives the clearest picture.
Talk Through a Custom Order
Many of our ranges can be ordered in a size, fabric, leather and configuration you choose. Say a lounge on the floor feels right but is a seat too long for your wall, or the colour won't suit your room. The team can take you through the options for that design. Custom orders are especially useful if you have an awkward space, a particular colour scheme, or a household that needs a specific seating layout.
The trade-off is that you won't sit on the exact piece you're ordering. You'll judge comfort from the floor model and picture it in the new size or covering. Ask for a timeframe before you commit.
What's on Display at Our Furniture Store in Malaga
We can't promise a particular piece will be here on the day. If you're coming to see something specific, call or email first.
Fabric and Leather Lounges
With fabric, you're judging touch and wear. Run your hand over it, look at how tightly it's woven, and think about what it will face at home.
Not all our leather lounges are covered the same way. Some are full leather. Others use leather where it matters, or combine leather with leatherette. Ask which one you're looking at so you're comparing like with like.
Also think about where the lounge will sit. Perth averages 11.6 hours of sunshine a day in December and January. Strong sun dries out leather, so a lounge in a bright spot may need blinds or a different position.
Recliners and Theatre Seating
Try the recline more than once. Notice how smoothly it moves, how far back it goes, and whether the footrest meets your legs in the right place. Ask whether the chair you're trying is electric or manual, and if it's electric, ask what it needs to run where you'll put it. Note how much room the seat needs behind it to recline fully and in front of it for the footrest. Then compare that with your space. Recliner chairs and lounges suit you if you like to put your feet up. Theatre seating makes the most sense in a separate media room or along a long wall facing the screen.
Dining Tables, Marble and Solid Timber
Dining room furniture is easier to judge with the chairs pulled in, so sit at a table as you would for a long meal. Check the legroom around the legs or base, the gap between the seat and the tabletop, and how many chairs fit before elbows start to bump.
Our marble tops are resin-coated. The coating isn't heatproof, so hot dishes need a trivet or placemat, and strong sun can yellow the resin over time. Marble suits you if you want a surface that stands out and don't mind using placemats. Solid timber has a warm look. Look closely at the grain and colour of any timber piece you're considering. Perth summers are dry, with mean 3pm humidity of just 37% in January, and dry heat is hard on timber. Keep timber and veneer pieces out of direct sun and away from heat.
Buffets, TV Units and Occasional Tables
This is the living room furniture that pulls a room together, and it's worth checking by hand. Open the drawers and doors to feel how they run. Look inside to see whether your plates, glassware or devices will fit, and check the back of a TV unit for room to run cables. Compare the height of coffee and lamp tables with the seat and arm of the lounge you're considering. A coffee table close to seat height is easier to reach. If you like the idea of a matching set, ask the team which pieces belong together.
Mirrors, Wall Art, Lighting and Decor
Pieces like wall art and mirrors are hard to judge on a screen. In person you can see how a mirror's frame is finished, how acrylic wall art catches the light, and how warm or cool a lamp's light is. In a large showroom a piece can look smaller than it will on your wall, so measure the wall before you choose. This part of the floor suits you if your main furniture is settled and you're finishing a room. It also suits you if you want to change how a room feels without replacing the big pieces.
What Suits Homes Around Malaga?
Malaga itself is mostly light industrial and commercial, but the suburbs around it are largely family homes. Across the City of Swan, 88.8% of homes are separate houses and couples with children make up almost half of all families. In a busy family house, a lounge has to handle everyday use, movie nights and visitors. Compare hard-wearing fabrics with leather, and consider recliner or theatre seating if you have a second living area.
Newer estates nearby are growing quickly. Brabham's population rose from 3,307 to 8,665 between the 2016 and 2021 Censuses, and Ellenbrook and Bennett Springs grew too. In a new build you may be furnishing several rooms at once. Seeing lounges and dining settings on the same floor helps you plan a consistent look. Dianella has more medium-density housing than its neighbours, with townhouses and semi-detached homes making up 24.4% of dwellings. If your living area is compact, measure carefully and ask about custom sizes.
Plan Your Visit
- Measure the room and the way in. Write down the wall lengths and the width of every doorway, hallway and stairwell the piece has to pass through. A lounge that fits the room still has to get there.
- Take daylight photos of the room. Include the windows, the flooring and anything that's staying, and bring paint chips, fabric swatches or a flooring offcut if you have them. Holding a real sample against a fabric or timber is more reliable than matching from memory.
- Mark out the footprint at home. Before you come in, outline the size of the lounge or table you're considering on the floor with masking tape. Walking around it shows you how much space is left to move through the room.
- Bring everyone who'll use it. Seat depth, height and firmness feel different to each person. Testing together helps you avoid a lounge that only suits one of you.
Questions People Ask
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. You can walk in any time we're open, seven days a week. The team on the floor can answer questions and help with styling while you browse. For longer, more focused help planning a room, ask about a design consultation. These can be held in store, at your home or by phone.
Is there parking at the showroom?
Yes, and it's free. You can park on site, and there's free street parking nearby too. There's accessible parking, and the showroom has an accessible entrance. If you're coming by public transport, take the Ellenbrook line to Ballajura Station, then bus route 449 or 450 along Marshall Road.
Will the piece I saw online be on the floor?
Not always. Some designs are made to order rather than kept on display, so not everything in the range is on the floor at once. Call or email the showroom before you come to ask whether the piece you have in mind is here.
Are you open on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes. We're open 11am–5pm on Sundays. Over the holidays, we're closed on Christmas Day. We open 9am–6pm on Boxing Day, Saturday 26 December 2026. We're open 11am–5pm on the Boxing Day public holiday, Monday 28 December, and on New Year's Day. On weekdays we close at 5:30pm, so if you're coming after work, leave yourself enough time to sit on a few pieces properly.
Is your furniture shop in Malaga the same place as the warehouse?
No. Our WA Warehouse is a separate site on Weir Road, also in Malaga, and it's a pickup point for orders. If you buy in the showroom and want to collect rather than have it delivered, ask the team when you order where and when you can pick it up.
Do you deliver to my suburb?
If you're in Perth Metro, yes. Our own delivery team covers the metro area, including suburbs near the showroom such as Ballajura, Morley, Noranda, Dianella, Bayswater and Ellenbrook. Trusted carriers handle deliveries to regional WA, and third-party carriers handle interstate orders. Assembly and installation are available too. Give the team your address when you order and they'll confirm the details for your location.

I have been shopping for furniture for the last 3 weeks and went to Adore Home Living Sunday. I was blown away with the whole store experience...and the benchmark for what these stores should be like. I can't recommend enough.
The Adore Gordon Electric Corner Lounge stands out as a top-tier choice for anyone looking to combine modern design with ultimate comfort and functionality. Its thoughtful features and high-quality construction make it a standout piece that can transform any living room into a cozy, stylish retreat.
We had been searching for a dining table for a very long time and thankfully Adore got something we absolutely love with reasonable price! The shop itself got a great selection of furnitures and wall decors. They come with good quality. I’d say with the similar product, the price in other franchises would be 50%-100% higher.
Just bought a caterpillar electric chair. Looks awesome and customer service was great. Julie was so nice and helpful with all the questions and helped us choose the best colour to suit our room. Would review the product when we receive the delivery. 5 stars for the service.
