- Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
- All purchases must be paid in full before delivery or collection.
- Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, Visa, and MasterCard (surcharges may apply), as well as cash.
- Bank transfers and cheques must clear before delivery or collection.

Due to popularity or supply interruptions, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. As our stores vary in size, not all items may be displayed in every store. Please call your local Adore Home Living store before visiting to enquire whether they have the items on display or available. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time without notice.
Any advice, recommendations, or technical details provided by Adore Home Living are given in good faith. However, information such as measurements, illustrations, or descriptions is approximate only and should be confirmed in-store before purchase.

- Customers who refer a friend can earn loyalty points when the referral makes a qualifying purchase.
- Both the referrer and the referral receive loyalty points equal to the deposit value.
- Delivery fees, assembly, and packaging do not earn loyalty points.
- Referrals of existing customers are not eligible.

- The warranty is provided and administered by Guardsman and covers accidental damage as outlined in the official Guardsman warranty documentation.
