We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of this website indicates acceptance of any changes. 

These Terms & Conditions apply within Australia only. 

Website Use

You may only use this website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Make fraudulent or speculative enquiries. 
  • Post unlawful, threatening, or defamatory material. 
  • Knowingly transmit viruses or interfere with website operation.

Prices, Colours & Availability
  • All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. 
  • Prices shown online may differ from in-store pricing and are subject to change without notice. 
  • While we aim to display colours as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural variations in materials. 
  • Product availability may vary between stores. Please get in touch with your local Adore Home Living showroom to confirm stock and display availability. 
Orders & Payment 
  • Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received. 
  • All purchases must be paid in full before delivery or collection. 
  • Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS, Visa, and MasterCard (surcharges may apply), as well as cash. 
  • Bank transfers and cheques must clear before delivery or collection.

Products, availability & assembly

Due to popularity or supply interruptions, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. As our stores vary in size, not all items may be displayed in every store. Please call your local Adore Home Living store before visiting to enquire whether they have the items on display or available. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time without notice.

Advice & Technical Information

Any advice, recommendations, or technical details provided by Adore Home Living are given in good faith. However, information such as measurements, illustrations, or descriptions is approximate only and should be confirmed in-store before purchase.

Liability of Adore

Your use of this website is at your own risk. While we make every effort to provide accurate information, Adore makes no representation or warranty regarding completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law): 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising from use of this site or its content. 
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of this website.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this website, including trademarks, names, logos, images, and designs, are owned or licensed by Adore Home Living. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our prior written permission.

Review Promotions & Competitions
  • Customers who leave a review may enter our monthly draw to win a $200 gift voucher. 
  • Winners are chosen randomly and notified via the contact details provided. 
  • The voucher is valid for 6 months, redeemable in WA showrooms, and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
  • Full terms are provided at the point of entry. 
Referral Program
  • Customers who refer a friend can earn loyalty points when the referral makes a qualifying purchase. 
  • Both the referrer and the referral receive loyalty points equal to the deposit value. 
  • Delivery fees, assembly, and packaging do not earn loyalty points. 
  • Referrals of existing customers are not eligible. 
Governing Law

The laws of Western Australia govern these Terms & Conditions, and disputes will be subject to the WA courts and tribunals.

STOCKTAKE SALE 2026

Promotion Dates
The Adore Stocktake Sale runs from 6 July to 2 August 2026. All offers, discounts, and promotional benefits are valid only during this period and while stocks last.

Selected Stocktake Sale Products

  • The Adore Stocktake Sale applies to selected products only.
  • Promotional pricing may apply to selected sofas, lounges, living and dining furniture, showroom pieces, floor stock, clearance items, discontinued lines and other nominated products.
  • Offers are available while stocks last. No rainchecks, product holds, or backorders apply to promotional items.
  • Stock availability may vary by showroom.

Floor Stock, Showroom Pieces & Clearance Items

  • Some promotional items may include floor stock, showroom pieces, clearance items or discontinued lines.
  • These items may be limited in quantity and may not be available at all showrooms.
  • Once sold, selected stocktake items may not be restocked or available again at the same promotional price.

Payment & Finance

  • Finance options may not apply to discounted promotional items.
  • Terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria apply. Please check with your local showroom for details.

General Terms

  • Adore Home Living reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
  • We are not responsible for technical errors or circumstances beyond our control.

Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
