All references to $ and dollars on this website refer to Australian currency. Prices are indicative of the current store price in the store closest to the postcode you have provided. Prices are available in Australia only. For in-store purchases, please check pricing with your nearest store prior to purchase.

Reproduction of colours is as accurate as possible, but please note that colours in-store may vary slightly from what is displayed on your monitor.

Products, availability & assembly
Due to popularity or supply interruptions, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. As our stores vary in size, not all items may be displayed in every store. Please call your local Adore Home Living store before visiting to enquire whether they have the items on display or available. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time without notice.

Any advice, recommendations, information, technical details, specifications, drawings, descriptions, illustrations, dimensions, assistance, or services provided by Adore in relation to any products are given in good faith and are believed by Adore to be appropriate and reliable. Payment of Goods

  • All furniture must be paid for in full 24 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Accepted methods of payment include EFTPOS, cash, Visa, and MasterCard. Credit card surcharges may apply. Credit cards will not be accepted over the phone.
  • All cheques need to be cleared prior to the pick-up or delivery of furniture (2 working days for bank cheques and 3 working days for all other cheques).
  • Internet transfer: A minimum of 2 working days is required.

Payment Terms and Conditions 

Full Payment Requirement: All furniture purchases must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. 

Accepted Payment Methods

  • EFTPOS, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard: Accepted for payment. Please note that credit card surcharges may apply. 
  • Credit Card Policy: Credit cards are not accepted over the phone. 
  • Cheques: All cheques must be cleared before delivery or pick-up. Bank cheques require a minimum of 2 working days to clear, while other cheques require 3 working days. 

Internet Transfer: If paying via Internet transfer, please allow a minimum of 2 working days for the transfer to be processed before delivery or pick-up. 

Finance and Buy Now, Pay Later Options

  • Availability: These options are not available for sale, discounted, or member prices; they are only available for purchases at the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). 
  • Invoice Requirement: Finance options are only valid if specified in writing on the invoice at the time of purchase. If finance is not documented on the invoice, it will not be available after the sale is completed. 

Changes to Payment Method

  • If a customer chooses to change their payment method after the sale is created, Adore reserves the right to adjust any discounts and revert the price to the full RRP if a buy now, pay later or finance option is selected. 

Orders

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once made.
  • Orders will normally take 10 to 16 weeks; however, we cannot guarantee this time frame due to shipping delays and customs inspections. Adore Home Living shall not be liable for any delays in delivery arising from any cause beyond our control. The customer shall not be relieved of any obligations to accept or pay for goods ordered by reason of any delay in delivery.

Damages
All online orders purchased with freight must advise store and send photos of damage within 3 days of receipt of products if any damages have occurred during freight process. Any issue advised after the 3day period will not be covered under warranty. Standard manufacturer warranty still applies.

Delivery of Goods
It is important that someone is home to receive the delivery of your purchase on the designated day. No specific time of delivery can be provided. A four-hour time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.

  • Sufficient access must be available to deliver the furniture you have purchased. In cases where the furniture needs to be disassembled, additional charges will apply. Lounges that require disassembly and reassembly will incur a minimum cost of $250.00, plus any additional redelivery fees if the items need to be returned to the Adore Home Living Distribution Centre. To avoid redelivery fees, please inform our staff in advance of any access issues.
  • Delivery service is only available to ground level. Additional costs may apply in circumstances where normal site access is not available, such as deliveries involving stairs or other dwellings not on ground level.
  • If the delivery personnel determine that the goods cannot be safely delivered into the customer’s house, the goods will be left outside. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased goods can fit into their house.
  • There will be a minimum redelivery charge of $130 if no person is present at the delivery address on the day of delivery, or if the delivery is cancelled by the customer on the date of delivery.
  • Once the goods are available, the customer has 14 days to have the goods delivered. A storage fee of 5% per month of the invoice total value will be charged where goods are not picked up or delivered after 14 days.
  • When receiving goods, please inspect them thoroughly before signing "Received in good order," as any claims for scratches, marks, dents, or other damages will not be accepted once signed.
  • All original packing and wrapping will be left at the premises (delivery address) due to safety reasons.

Refund and cancellations
We will not provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind or make an incorrect selection. Cancellations of orders and lay-bys are not permitted under normal circumstances. However, at our discretion, a credit voucher may be issued equal to the deposit value (less any administration or delivery costs) and will be valid for six months from the date of issue. Refunds and exchanges can only be granted where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or do not perform as intended.

General Other Information

  • Avoid exposing all timber, leather, and fabric furniture to direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause unwarranted damage to the furniture.
  • Leather stretches with usage over time, and this stretching is a normal reaction to everyday use. It is also typical for sofa cushions to soften and the covers to crease with use; it is advisable to reverse and rotate cushions whenever possible and to vary your seating position to ensure uniform wear of the suite.
  • Leather Care & Maintenance: Dirt, dust, and human sweat can damage leather sofas. Regularly dust or vacuum your suite using a suitable attachment to avoid damage. Only use recommended leather care kits for cleaning, and do not use detergents or solvents.
  • Upholstery Fabric Care & Maintenance: Dirt, dust, and human sweat can lead to deterioration of the fabric and fading of colours. Cleaning is a normal part of maintaining a fabric suite; vacuum using a suitable attachment and avoid brushing. If the suite requires more detailed cleaning, seek specialist help. To ensure prolonged fabric life, have your suite's fabric protected, but first check with the salesperson to confirm that your fabric is suitable for protection.
  • Timber Furniture Care & Maintenance: Use a duster or non-abrasive cloth for cleaning. If alcohol is spilled, ensure it is cleaned up immediately to avoid damage to the surface polish. Only use recommended timber polishes and waxes. We recommend using heat-resistant placemats for hot cups and plates to prevent heat damage.

  • The entrants must follow the Method of entry during the Promotion period to enter the Promotion. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. Adore home and living will not advise an Entrant if their entry is deemed invalid. 
  • The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by Adore.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. No correspondence will be entered into. 
  • The prize will be awarded to the valid entrant(s) drawn randomly in accordance with the Prize draw details. Adore may draw additional reserve entries (and record them in order). In the event of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant, or if the entrant is ineligible to accept the prize, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. If the prize can’t be awarded to the entrant drawn, Adore will then continue this process until the prize is awarded. 
  • The winner does not need to be present at the draw unless expressly stated to the contrary.
  • The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of winners and Notification of unclaimed prize winners (if applicable) sections of the Schedule. Notification to winners will be deemed to have occurred the later of the time the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter or two business days thereafter. The notification will include details about how the prize(s) can be claimed. 
  • Adore takes no responsibility when it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. If an entrant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Adore. A request to modify any entry information should be directed to Adore. 
  • It is a condition of accepting any prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. 
  • The winner’s name and state/territory of residence will be published in accordance with the public announcement of the winner’s section of the Schedule.
  • If the prize has not been claimed by the Unclaimed prize draw at 9:30 a.m. AWST three months post-initial prize draw, Adore may conduct an Unclaimed prize draw in accordance with the Unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule at Adore Home living stores. In the event the Unclaimed prize draw takes place, Adore will attempt to contact the winner of the Unclaimed prize draw via email and phone call in accordance with the Notification of unclaimed prize draw section of the Schedule.
  • Facebook or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, or Instagram; and to release Facebook, or Instagram, from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Adore and not Facebook, or Instagram.

Massive Flash Sale T&Cs

  • Eligibility: This Flash Sale is only valid for customers in Western Australia (WA).
  • Pick-Up Requirement: All items purchased during the Flash Sale must be picked up from our Malaga warehouse within 7 days of purchase. Failure to do so will incur a storage fee of $50 per day until the item is collected. Delivery is not available during this promotion.
  • Full Payment: All items must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No partial payments or deposits are accepted.
  • No Refunds or Change of Mind: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or change-of-mind returns are permitted. Per consumer law, defective or faulty items will be assessed for repair or replacement at our discretion.
