Yes. Our Perth layby plans let you secure today’s price and pay in instalments over up to 6 months, with extensions maybe available. It’s perfect for families building, renovating, or planning ahead.
If the price of your product is reduced during your layby (before delivery), we will honour the lower price, provided the same conditions of the promotion apply. Speak to the store you purchased from.
EFTPOS, Visa, and MasterCard (surcharges may apply), as well as cash and cleared bank transfers. Credit cards are not accepted over the phone.
No. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on furniture. Returns are only available if goods are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose under Australian Consumer Law.
Yes. Decor can be returned within 7 days in its unused, original condition, accompanied by the receipt. Sale, clearance and ex-display homewares cannot be returned unless faulty.
Lounges include 10 years on frames, 2 years on foam and upholstery and 12 months on electrical components. Other furniture categories have separate coverage. See our Warranty Policy.
Normal wear & tear, misuse, poor maintenance, commercial use, unauthorised repairs, clearance items and “as-is” products are excluded. See our Quick Exclusions list in the Warranty section.
Wipe weekly with a damp cloth, use approved leather cleaner/conditioner every 3–6 months and avoid denim transfer on white or light-coloured leather.
Yes. We deliver across Perth Metro, regional WA, and interstate. Our trained in-house team handles Perth deliveries; for regional and interstate deliveries, we use trusted transport partners with years of experience.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your location. Perth Metro deliveries are competitive, and regional or interstate freight is individually quoted. We may not always be the cheapest, but we prioritise care and reliability.
Standard delivery includes ground-floor drop-off only and does not include assembly or packaging removal. Assembly and additional services can be arranged for a fee.
Please inspect items on delivery. If you notice damage, notify us within 24 hours (Perth, regional WA, and interstate) with clear photos or video.
Yes. Our Best Price Guarantee means if you find an identical stocked item in Perth at a lower price, we’ll beat it by 5% (conditions apply).

Finance and BNPL are available on full-priced items at RRP (not on sale or clearance). These must be arranged at the time of purchase and listed on your invoice. Alternatively, Adore Hoe Living offers flexible layby options.
