Our trained delivery team has years of experience handling luxury furniture with care, ensuring your goods — and your home — are always looked after. For regional WA and interstate deliveries, we use only trusted, reputable transport partners we’ve worked with for years. This is why our freight may cost a little more, but it also means you can feel confident your furniture will arrive safely and securely.

Online Orders vs In-Store Orders

In-Store Orders 

  • In-stock items: dispatched from our Perth warehouse within 1–5 business days after full payment. 
  • Special orders: may take 10–20 weeks, depending on supplier and shipping lead times. 
  • Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery or collection day. 

Online Orders 

  • Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before dispatch. 
  • You’ll receive an email or call once our team has processed your order. 
  • Any freight damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos. 
Delivery Timeframes

Adore Home Living will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes. If delivery is unreasonably delayed, you may be entitled to remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Perth Metro: Delivery usually within 2–6 business days after processing. 
  • Regional WA: Delivery usually within 2–14 business days, depending on distance and access. 
  • Interstate: Delivery timeframes vary by state and carrier. Our team will provide an estimated delivery window once booked. 
  • Scheduling: Delivery days will be confirmed with you. We provide a delivery window, but exact times cannot be guaranteed. 

Note: Timeframes are estimates only. External factors, such as transport schedules, supplier lead times and customs delays, may occasionally extend delivery times. 

Delivery Conditions
  • Professional Team: Perth Metro deliveries are handled by our own trained team to protect your furniture and your home. 
  • Trusted Partners: Regional WA and interstate deliveries are completed by reliable third-party carriers who meet our quality standards. 
  • Ground Floor Service: Standard delivery includes ground-level access. Stairs or upper-level access may incur additional costs and must be advised at the time of sale. 
  • Safe Access: Customers are responsible for ensuring furniture fits through doorways, hallways and staircases. If disassembly/reassembly is required, extra charges apply. 
  • Assembly & Packaging: Assembly and packaging removal are not included in standard delivery but can be arranged at an additional cost. 
  • Redelivery Fees: A minimum $130 applies if no one is home at the scheduled time or if delivery must be rescheduled. 
  • Storage: Once items are ready, you have 14 days to arrange delivery or collection. After this, a storage fee of 5% of the order value per month applies. 
Inspection & Damages

If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply. Signing a delivery docket does not remove your entitlement to a remedy for goods that arrive with damage or defects.

  • On Delivery: Please inspect items thoroughly before signing. Signing “Received in good order” confirms acceptance. 
  • Report Quickly
  • In-store and online orders: report within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. 
  • Courier Proof: Our delivery team or partner carriers may take photos/video on arrival for verification. 
Payment Terms
  • Full Payment: Required at least 24 hours before delivery or pick-up. 
  • Accepted Methods: EFTPOS, cash, Visa and MasterCard (surcharges may apply). 
  • Bank Transfers: Allow 2 working days for clearance. 
  • Cheques: Bank cheques clear in 2 days; personal cheques clear in 3 days. 
  • Finance/Buy Now, Pay Later: Only available on full RRP (not sale/clearance). Please ensure this is noted on your invoice at the time of purchase.
