What Items Are Eligible for the 5% Reduction? 
Our Price Promise applies to all identical products and services that meet the following criteria: 

• In Stocked at Adore Home Living 
• In Stock at Competitors 
  Available for same-day collection or delivery within Western Australia and Victoria. 
• Condition 
  Must not be refurbished or second-hand. 

^ Identical products and services must have the same conditions of purchase, including the manufacturer’s warranty and accessories.

What is Excluded from Our Price Promise?

• Products offered through eBay or as part of bundled, tied options (e.g., AfterPay), gift cards, coupons, or bonus offerings at the time of price matching. 
• Advertising errors by Adore Home Living or its competitor. 
• Commercial quantities, delivery, installation, or handling charges. 
• Finance or credit terms: we do not offer finance or credit on price-matched products. 
• Offers by resellers, classifieds, auction sites, paid membership programs/stores, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, or importers, or requiring delivery to/from a location outside Australia. 
• Competitor's clearance lines, display stock, liquidation or external administration sales, limited stock offers, time-limited or special promotion stock sell-downs, including restructuring or amalgamation. 
• Gift cards. 
• Cashback and coupon offer (e.g., supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword). 
• Stock liquidations (e.g., competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business in receivership).
