Layby Policy
Secure your furniture today with Adore Home Living’s layby. Flexible payment plans for Perth & WA families, with a price promise guarantee.
At Adore Home Living, our layby option makes it easy to secure the furniture you love at today’s price, while giving you time to pay it off in manageable instalments. Whether you’re building a new home, renovating, or planning, layby allows you to space out payments and hold your chosen pieces until you’re ready for delivery. It’s a flexible and affordable way for Perth and WA families to plan their furniture purchases with confidence.
Our Price Promise During Layby: If the price of your chosen product drops during your layby period (before delivery), we’ll match the lower price — provided the same conditions of the new promotion or sale apply. This way, you always know you’re getting the best value.
For example, If you’re moving into a new home in six months, you can lock in your lounge suite at today’s price, make regular payments, and if the lounge goes on sale in that time, you’ll still enjoy the lower price when you take delivery.
Eligibility: Layby is available on furniture only. Not available on homewares, floor stock, clearance, or reduced end-of-line items.
Duration: Standard layby is up to 6 months. Extensions may be approved up to 12 months with prior arrangement.
Deposit & Payments:
- 10% deposit required at time of purchase.
- 20% payment due at 1 month.
- Minimum 20% each month until completion.
Stock Holding: Stock is only reserved once at least 30% of the order value is paid.
Finalisation Notice: 12 weeks’ notice is required before finalising a layby to allow for stock availability.
Christmas Cut-off: Laybys started on 19 June must be finalised and booked for delivery by 20 December, unless prior arrangements are made.
Price Promise During Layby: If the product price reduces during your layby, we’ll adjust to the lower price under the same sale conditions.
Customers may cancel their layby at any time before delivery. A termination fee of 20% of the order total will apply, along with any applicable storage or markdown costs.
If Adore Home Living cancels a layby due to customer breach, the same fees apply.
If Adore Home Living cancels for reasons not caused by the customer (such as the product becoming unavailable), all payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method, with no fees deducted.
