This collection effectively removes surface grime, tackles most lipstick and ink stains, and creates an invisible protective layer to guard against future damage. Plus, with the 5-year product warranty, your fabric furniture is protected against all accidental stains and damage, providing you with peace of mind for long-term care.

What Does The Warranty Cover?
The Guardsman Product Warranty will help protect Your New Furniture against:

All accidental stains

Human and pet bodily fluids

Ballpoint pen and lipstick

Accidental damage - including rips, tears, cuts or burns

How Do I Make A Claim?
1. Contact Guardsman within 5 business days of the stain or damage occurring
2. Be sure you can identify the cause of the accidental stain or damage
3. Have the invoice for your furniture and Guardsman Warranty handy

Adore warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed. Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.

The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, and the outcome that works best for you. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that you're happy with.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders for in-stock items are dispatched from our Perth or Melbourne warehouse within 1–5 business days after full payment is received.
  • Special order items may take 14–16 weeks to be shipped from our supplier.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery via the courier’s website.
  • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Average delivery times are 2–14 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
  • Delivery and pickup are generally available within 2–6 business days after your order is processed.
  • Our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery or pickup time.

Please note: Estimated timeframes are a guide only. While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occasionally occur.

Warehouse & Stock Availability

  • Adore Home Living operates warehouses in Perth and Melbourne, servicing metro areas and select regional locations.
  • Not all items are available at both locations. If your item is at a different warehouse, we can arrange an inter-warehouse transfer (additional fees may apply).
  • For accurate stock availability, we recommend contacting your nearest Adore showroom or our customer service team before placing an order.

Important Information

  • Due to the size and fragility of furniture, we follow special procedures to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that all items will fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, and into the intended room. Steps to prepare for delivery

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Shipping is estimated at $500 for orders outside the Perth Metro area or interstate. After purchase, Adore will provide an exact shipping quote based on your location and order details.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.
  • The delivery service is all day, and we cannot specify a time.
  • Ground floor delivery only. No items are to be carried up/down steps or stairs.
  • Assembly & Packaging removal isn’t included in the delivery fee.
