Warranty & Care
Adore warrants all goods to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, and of acceptable quality and durability for the purpose for which they are designed. Warranties and guarantees are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If an item arrives that is missing parts, is faulty, is defective or has been damaged during manufacturing, please take photos or video clearly illustrating the problem and contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery.
The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, and the outcome that works best for you. We will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that you're happy with.
Clean your Crystal Decor：
- Crystal decor is bit waterproof. Don’t run your Crystal decor underwater.
- Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- If your Crystal decor is exposed to anything that might cause stains or other damage — for example, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, perfumes, solvents, detergent, acids or acidic foods, insect repellent, sunscreen, oil or hair dye:
- Wipe them clean with a cloth slightly dampened with fresh water and dry with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not attempt to use them until they are completely dry.
- Make sure not to get any liquid in the openings.
- Don't use sharp objects or abrasive materials to clean your Crystal decor.

- All dimensions are approximate and may differ slightly from the actual product. Please allow a 1-3cm error due to manual measurement.
- Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly.
