Order Processing & Dispatch
  • Orders for in-stock items are dispatched from our Perth or Melbourne warehouse within 1–5 business days after full payment is received.
  • Special order items may take 14–16 weeks to be shipped from our supplier.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to follow your delivery via the courier’s website.
  • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Delivery Timeframes
  • Average delivery times are 2–14 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your location.
  • Delivery and pickup are generally available within 2–6 business days after your order is processed.
  • Our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery or pickup time.

Please note: Estimated timeframes are a guide only. While we aim to deliver promptly, delays may occasionally occur.

Warehouse & Stock Availability
  • Adore Home Living operates warehouses in Perth and Melbourne, servicing metro areas and select regional locations.
  • Not all items are available at both locations. If your item is at a different warehouse, we can arrange an inter-warehouse transfer (additional fees may apply).
  • For accurate stock availability, we recommend contacting your nearest Adore showroom or our customer service team before placing an order.
Important Information
  • Due to the size and fragility of furniture, we follow special procedures to ensure secure and reliable delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for confirming that all items will fit through doorways, staircases, elevators, and into the intended room. Steps to prepare for delivery

Delivery Charges
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Shipping is estimated at $500 for orders outside the Perth Metro area or interstate. After purchase, Adore will provide an exact shipping quote based on your location and order details.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas or special delivery requirements.
  • The delivery service is all day, and we cannot specify a time.
  • Ground floor delivery only. No items are to be carried up/down steps or stairs.
  • Assembly & Packaging removal isn’t included in the delivery fee.
