Prize: Win back your fully paid purchase — up to $3,000

Eligibility 

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. 
• Customers must make a fully paid in-store purchase by 30 June 2025. 
• Layby, partially paid, or unpaid finance orders are not eligible. 
• Employees of Adore Home Living, their immediate families, and associated partners are not eligible. 

Entry Conditions 

• Each fully paid invoice during the promotion period counts as one automatic entry into the draw. 
• Multiple entries are permitted for customers who make more than one fully paid purchase. 
• The draw will be conducted based on invoice numbers. 
• Customers must retain their tax invoice as proof of purchase. 

Prize Details 

• One winning invoice number will be drawn at random. 
• The prize is a refund of the full amount paid on the winning invoice excluding delivery, assembly and packaging removal, up to a maximum of $3,000. 
• If a customer has made multiple purchases, only the invoice that is drawn will be eligible for the refund. Other invoices by the same customer will not be refunded. 
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (excluding cash) or via EFT within 28 days. Payments made in cash will be refunded through EFT. 
• Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

Winner Notification 

• The winning invoice number will be drawn after 30 June 2025. 
• The customer associated with the winning invoice will be contacted via phone and/or email within 5 business days. 
• The winner’s first and last name may be published on Adore Home Living’s website and social media. 

Proof of Purchase 
Customers must retain their original tax invoice. Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.
