ADORE Home Living - December Update
Dear Valued Customers,
First, we would like to thank all of you for your continued support throughout this unprecedented year - customers like you have always been the backbone of retail, and that has never been more evident.
As you all know, the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic has created difficult conditions for retailers - while we are out of lockdown, and our stores are open to customers; we still have some issues to work through that we want to be transparent about.
Due to issues with manufacturing brought on by Covid-19 situations in other countries, our current furniture manufacturers are under an unprecedented amount of demand from retailers around the world. This has created a situation that has seen the price of freighting from other countries rise steadily throughout the year - while we are managing the situation the best we can, we will still most likely face a situation where our stock supply is impacted by these factors.
We want to stress that prices are not going up, but in order to avoid future complications; we urge customers to be proactive with purchases.
Ideally, we are able to stay fully stocked and ready to meet all customer needs - but the fact of the matter is we are facing some stock issues with certain products and are unable to fulfil some customer demands. If you are looking at making a purchase soon, it would be best if you called ahead to check stock levels or visit us in-store.
